摘要
使用水蒸气蒸馏法提取木香中的挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对木香化学成分进行分离鉴定,采用色谱峰面积归一化法确定各成分的相对含量。分析结果表明,共分离出53种组分,鉴定了其中的32个组分,占挥发油组分总量的60.38%。主要成分是(9Z,12Z,15Z)-9,12,15-十八烷基三亚乙基四胺-1-醇,反式石竹烯、α-紫罗酮、香叶基丙酮、石竹素、B-瑟林烯、A-姜黄烯。
The volatile oil from root of saussurea lappa was extracted by steam distillation method.Their chemical constituents and relative contents were analyzed by GC-MS method.53 components were separated,and 32 compounds within them were identified,and they were 60.38% of the total essential oil.The main constituents was（9Z,12Z,15Z）-9,12,15-octadecatrien-1-ol,trans-caryophyllene,α-lonone,geranylacetone,caryophyllene oxide,B-selinene and A-curcumene.
