摘要
隐患排查治理作为煤矿安全管理中的一项基础性工作,对于煤矿安全事故预防有着不可替代的作用。文章针对我国煤矿在隐患排查治理方面普遍存在的问题,基于煤矿风险预控管理的理念,设计并提出隐患排查治理的闭合模式,从模式的构建和运行两方面进行研究,为构建煤矿隐患排查治理长效机制提供一种新的思路。
The detection and control of the hidden dangers is a basic work in the mine safety management and would play an irreplaceable role in the mine safety accident prevention and control. According to the problems generally existed in the detection and control of the mine hidden dangers in China coal mines, base on the conception of the mine risk pre - control and management, the detection and control closed loop model of the hidden dangers was designed and proposed. The study on the model establishment and operation was conducted to provide a new conception to establish the long - term mechanism of the mine hidden danger detection and control.
