摘要
介绍了连续纤维增强金属基复合材料制备技术的发展历史,在对当前主要的连续纤维增强铝基复合材料制备成型工艺分类的基础上,综述了各种制备工艺的基本原理及其优缺点;介绍了制备工艺中的纤维涂层和纤维排布与分散技术对铝基复合材料润湿性、界面结构和材料性能的影响;展望了连续纤维增强铝基复合材料制备工艺的发展方向及工程化需要解决的关键问题。
This article briefly describes the development of continuous fiber reinforced metal matrix composite technology.On the basis of the classification for the current continuous fiber reinforced aluminum matrix composites molding process,the basic elementary principles and methods of the advantages of different preparation technologies and problems were also introduced.It mainly introduces the effect of fiber coating and fiber arrangement and dispersion technology in the preparation process about aluminum matrix composites wettability,interface structure and material properties.Further more,the direction of continuous fiber reinforced aluminum matrix composites technology and the key issues of engineering was prospected.
