摘要
用超临界流体提取厚朴、藿香正气胶囊和藿香正气丸中的厚朴酚，高效液相色谱用于分析提取物。结果表明，１０％甲醇调节的超临界二氧化碳能有效地提取中药中的厚朴酚。该分析方法具简便、快速、准确的优点。
The supercritical fluid extraction method has been used to extract magnolol from Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis, Huoxiangzhengqi Capsules and Huoxiangzhengqi Pills and HPLC was used to analyse the extracts. The results indicated that supercritical carbon dioxide modified by 10% methanol exhaustively extract magnolol from Chinese medicines and the SFEHPLC method offline for the analysis of extract was simple, quick and accurate.
