摘要 目的研究昆仑雪菊挥发油的化学成分,为其质量评价提供科学依据。方法用挥发油提取器提取昆仑雪菊中的挥发油。采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术并结合计算机检索分析挥发油成分。结果从昆仑雪菊挥发油中鉴定出了22种成分。用面积归一化法测定挥发油中各种成分的相对质量分数,占总峰面积的92.66%。主要成分为苧烯(63.23%)、3-蒈烯(7.05%)、β-对繖花烃(5.23%)等。22种化合物均为首次从昆仑雪菊的挥发油中得到。结论该实验系统分析了昆仑雪菊中挥发油的组成和相对含量,该法简便、快速、灵敏度高,为其进一步的开发利用提供了理论依据。 Objective To analyze the chemical composition and their relative contents of essential oil from Kunlun Chrysanthemum.Methods Essential oil from Kunlun Chrysanthemum was extracted by extractor.Then the essential oil components in Kunlun Chrysanthemum extract were analyzed by GC-MS combining with computer search.Results Twenty-two compounds in the essential oil from Kunlun Chrysanthemum were identified.The relative contents of all those compounds identified in the essential oils were determined by peak area normalization method.And the major constituents of the volatile oil are 92.66%.The main compounds of the essential oil were limonene(63.23%),3-careen(7.05%) and β-P-Cymene(5.23%),etc.The twenty-two compounds were all gained from the essential oil from Kunlun Chrysanthemum.Conclusion The GC-MS is a simple,rapid and sensitive method.And the experiment analyzed the compoent and the relative content of the essential oil from Kunlun Chrysanthemum which make a preparation for exploiting and making use of the plant.
