摘要
目的:观察唐古特大黄多糖(TMP)对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用及探讨TMP对肝损伤的保护机理.方法:小鼠60只,随机分6组,生理盐水正常对照组,药物模型组,生理盐水模型对照组和3个给药组,每组按要求分别用CCl4156mg/kg,D-Gal-N800mg/kg,TAA550mg/kg腹腔注射(ip),造成小鼠急性肝损伤,以TMP100mg/kg,200mg/kg,400mg/kg×5d灌胃,用硫代巴比妥酸比色法测定小鼠肝组织MDA含量,用比色法测定小鼠血清的ALT,AST含量以观察TMP对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用.结果:TMP灌胃保护,肝组织MDA,血清ALT,AST含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且呈剂量依赖性.结论:TMP对CCl4,D-Gal-N,TAA引起的小鼠急性肝损伤有明显的保护作用.
AIM: To investigate the effects of TMP on acute liver injury in mice and to study the protective mechanism of TMP in mice with acute liver injury. METHODS: Three acute liver injury models of mice were made by using CCl4 (156 mg/kg), DGalN (800 mg/kg) and TAA (550 mg/kg) ip respectively, following TMP 100 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg ig for 5 days respectively. RESULTS: The increasing trend of AST and ALT in serum and MDA in liver tissue was significantly inhibited. CONCLUSION: TMP can protect mice against CCl4, DGalN or TAAinduced acute liver injury.
