摘要
目的研究大黄多糖的提取和理化性质。方法通过乙醇回流、沸水浸提、乙醇沉淀、常规干燥法,从大黄中提取大黄多糖;并通过苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量;通过SepharoseCL-6B层析柱分离和气相色谱分析,分析了大黄多糖的分子量分布和单糖组成并对其分子量和单糖组成进行分析。结果表明大黄多糖是由8种单糖组成的均一杂多糖,分子量分布在1.17×104~1.31×104。结论大黄多糖有抗心肌缺血,抗心律失常作用,可用于临床。
Objective To investigate the rhubarb polysaccharide(RP)extraction and physicochemical property.Methods Throughout boiling water sinking,alcohol precipitating,alcohol recirculating and rugular dry methods,rhubarb polysaccharide were abstracted.Determining the contern of RP by phenol-Sulfuric acid method.The distribution of the molecular weight and monosaccharide composition were analyzed by using the method of gas chromatography.Results RP were composed of eight different kinds of sugar,with single component polysaccharide and the molecular weights about 1.17×104-1.31×104.Conclusion The rhubarb polysaccharide has the function of myocardial ischemia and arhythmia resistance.
