离子液体助壳聚糖氧化降解反应的研究 被引量:6

摘要 合成了多种氨基酸类离子液体,筛选出对壳聚糖溶解和助氧化降解性能较佳的离子液体甘氨酸盐酸盐—[Gly]Cl。以其水溶液为反应介质,考察了反应时间、反应温度和反应物配比对壳聚糖氧化降解反应的影响,得到较佳的反应条件:壳聚糖2g、[Gly]Cl(2%(wt))水溶液40mL、H2O2与糖壳聚糖单元的摩尔比3、反应温度80℃、反应时间2h。在该条件下,甲壳低聚糖的收率达76%,其黏均分子量为2005,具有良好的水溶性。离子液体回收后可重复使用,并具有良好的重复使用性能。 Some ionic liquids were synthesized and used in the oxidative degradation of chitosan.It was found that the glycine hydrochloride—[Gly]Cl has good dissolvability for the chitosan and good performance for the comoxidative degradation of chitosan.The influences of oxidative degradation reaction conditions,such as reaction temperature,reaction time and n(H2O2):n(chitosan),were studied.The optimum oxidative degradation conditions were obtained as follows:chitosan 2 g,the aqueous solution of 2% ionic liquid 40 mL,n(H2O2):n(chitosan) 3:1,reaction temperature 80℃ and reaction time 2 h.Under above conditions,the yield of product is 76%,and the viscosity-average molar mass is 2005.The reusability of the ionic liquid was also investigated,and the results show that,when the ionic liquid was repeatedly used for four times,the yield and the viscosity-average molar mass of the product almost have no change.
