摘要
实验教学是高等教育人才培养过程中一个不可或缺的重要环节,在完全学分制教学管理制度下,实验教学改革势在必行。本文分析了实验教学与管理中存在的普遍问题及其原因,从为改革的顺利实施提供保障出发,提出实验教学学分制改革首先应从管理者思想着手,更新观念,提升办学理念,为改革奠定根本基础;在管理中,进一步建立健全管理制度,建立激励机制,实行教学管理"以人为本";整合实验教学资源,构建新型的教学平台;改变实验教学模式,更新教学手段。
Experimental teaching is an indispensible link in the process of higher education talents training and its reform is inevitable under the management of complete credit system. The common problems and their causes in experimental teaching and management were analyzed. Suggestions were given from the follow- ing aspects: the experimental teaching reform should be started with the thinking modes of administrators, the conventional ideas should be renewed in order to lay down a fundamental basis for reform; the sound manage- ment system should be established, motive mechanism should be set up and teaching management focusing on human should be carried out in the management; experimental teaching resources should be integrated and new teaching platform should be constructed, experimental teaching modes should be changed and teaching methods should be updated.
