精馏实训料液循环系统开发与应用

摘要 职业院校的实训设备在培养技能型人才的教学过程中,起着非常重要的作用。本文对高职院校精馏实训设备运行现状进行分析,针对废液难以重复利用,配料繁琐的问题提出了一种料液循环的改造方法。有效进行料液的循环使用,操作简单方便,较大程度的提高了实训设备的利用率,同时可利用该循环装置完成流体输送技能、传热技能的训练,最大限度地发挥实训设备的教学效能。 In vocational colleges, the training equipment plays a very important role in the teaching process of training talented person. The running status of distillation training equipment was analyzed, a reformed method of feed liquid circulation was proposed aimed at the problem that liquid wasted cannot be recycled well, and the complicated problem of mixing ingredients. This circulation system, which was more simple and convenient, made the recycling of the feed liquid more effectively, and the utilization ratio of training equipment had a greater degree of improvement. Meanwhile, the skill of fluid transport and heat transfer can be trained, and the teaching effectiveness of training equipment will be maximized.
