摘要
本研究采用乙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系协同超声提取法分离金银花中的总黄酮,通过单因素实验和正交试验考察了提取时间、料液比、醇水比和分相盐浓度对总黄酮提取率的影响。实验结果表明:按醇水比0.7(V/V),硫酸铵浓度为0.27g/mL配制双水相,在料液比1:25(m/V),50℃温度下超声提取75min,总黄酮提取率为1.97%。
Total flavonoids from honeysuckle flower was separated by alcohol-ammonium sulfate two-phase aqueous system synergism with ultrasound extraction.Influence of extraction time,material-solvent ratio,ethanol-water ratio and salt concentration on extraction ratio of total flavonoids was researched by single factor experiment and orthogonal test.The results showed that using ethanol-water ratio for 0.7(V/V),ammonium sulfate concentration for 0.27g/mL preparation two-phase aqueous solution,extraction yield of total flavonoids is 1.97% in material-solvent ratio for 1:25(m/V),60℃ the ultrasonic extraction 75min.
