摘要
目前,我国面临诸多养老难题,传统养老模式遭到削弱,养老服务体系尚不完善,时间银行在养老服务领域已经得到一定程度的应用,但是传统时间银行存在时间货币计量不合理、难以实现通存通兑等问题,区块链技术能够有效解决其运行困境,提高养老服务质量。本文在阐述了传统时间银行的内涵和运行流程的基础上,探索时间银行与区块链技术的契合点,构建"区块链+时间银行"的运行框架,旨在为时间银行改变养老服务供给格局提供理论支撑。
At present,our country is facing many old-age care problems.The traditional oldage care model has been weakened,and the old-age service system is not perfect.Time bank has been applied to a certain extent in the field of old-age service.However,traditional time bank has unreasonable measurement on time currency,and it is difficult to realize universal deposit and exchanges and other issues,blockchain technology can effectively solve its operational difficulties and improve the quality of elderly care services.On the basis of expounding the connotation and operation process of traditional time bank,this article explores the point of convergence between time bank and blockchain technology,and builds a"blockchain+time bank"operating framework,aiming to provides theoretical support for time bank to change the supply pattern of pension services.
