摘要
为评定排水性沥青路面混合料的透水能力,设计了不脱模大马歇尔试件竖向渗透系数和水槽横向渗透系数测定方法,并制作了测试装置,对不同成型方法、不同空隙率的PAC-13与PAC-16试件进行了控制水头差的渗透系数测定.测试结果表明:排水性沥青混合料的渗透系数与空隙率有着良好的相关性,击实成型试件的渗透系数略大于静压成型试件,PAC-16的渗透性能优于相同空隙率的PAC-13且变化规律一致,试验测定的竖向渗透系数与横向渗透系数在工程常用的空隙率情况下相对误差不超过20%,有较好的一致性.工程设计应用中,采用与路面材料状况较一致的击实成型的不脱模大马歇尔试件测定竖向渗透系数能较好地反映排水性沥青混合料的渗透性能.
In order to measure the permeable capacity of porous asphalt pavement mixture,the non-stripping big Marshall tester for vertical permeability is developed to determine the permeability coefficient,and tank permeameter is developed to determine the horizontal permeability coefficient.The permeability coefficients of PAC-13 and PAC-16 specimens with different voids and different molding methods are determined.Test results show that there exists linear relationship between permeability coefficient and air voids for the porous asphalt mixture.Permeability coefficient of the compaction molding specimens is slightly greater than permeability coefficient of the static molding specimens,and that of PAC-16 is greater than that of PAC-13 with the same void.The results also show that the vertical permeability coefficient is similar to the horizontal permeability coefficient with no more than 20% relative value for the porous asphalt mixture in common air voids,which shows that using the big Marshall permeameter can accurately determine the mixture permeability in engineering application.
