摘要
从健康的鸡、鼠、兔肠道内容物及胃内分离得到6株乳酸菌,通过单层平板扩散试验筛选出了3种有明显抑菌活性代谢产物的乳酸菌.用盐酸和过氧化氢对照实验,排除酸和过氧化物的干扰,用胰蛋白酶处理后抑菌活性明显降低,确定该乳酸菌能够发酵生产细菌素类抑菌物质.
Eleven strains of lactic acid bacteria were isolated from gastro-intestinal,and gastric of a health chickens,rats,rabbits.Through single-level slab proliferation experiment screening out three strains of lactic acid bacteria which has obvious bacteriostasis function.It is the product of the metabolism of lactic acid bacteria.Using HCl contrast experiments,exclude acid disturbance,activeness obviously reduced after trypsin processing,with catalase processing,the bacteriostasis effect was invariable,explained the catalase has not affected.Thus knew in the bacteriostasis matter has the bacteriocin of protein category.
