摘要
试验旨在探讨日粮中添加唾液乳酸杆菌SNK-6(Lactobacillus salivarius,SNK-6)对新杨黑羽蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、盲肠微生物及肠道免疫功能的影响。以体重和产蛋率接近为标准,选取768只55周龄的新杨黑羽蛋鸡,随机分为6组,A组为对照组(饲喂基础日粮),B、C、D、E、F组为唾液乳酸杆菌SNK-6添加组,添加剂量从1×10^4~1×10^8cfu/g依次进行10倍比增加。试验全期为9周,其中第1周为预饲期,8周为正饲期。结果显示:与对照组相比,日粮中添加唾液乳酸杆菌SNK-6显著提高了试验前期、全期的平均日采食量(ADFI),显著降低试验前期平均蛋重(P<0.05),对试验全期各处理组的产蛋率、平均蛋重、平均日产蛋量、死亡率、畸软蛋无显著影响(P>0.05);日粮中添加唾液乳酸杆菌SNK-6对蛋品质以及盲肠微生物计数均无显著影响(P>0.05);日粮中添加不同剂量的唾液乳酸杆菌SNK-6均极显著地提高了盲肠扁桃体细胞因子的基因表达(P<0.05)。研究表明,蛋鸡产蛋后期日粮中添加唾液乳酸杆菌SNK-6可提高采食量,不影响蛋品质,并增强肠道黏膜免疫功能。
The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of dietary Lactobacillus salivarius SNK-6(L.salivarius SNK-6)on production performance,egg quality,cecal microbiota and intestinal immune function of Xinyang Black-feather laying hens.In this test,76855-week-age Xinyang Black-feather laying hens were selected based on the weight and egg production rate close to standard,and they were divided into 6 groups randomly.Group A was the control group(basic diet),and group B,C,D,E,F were L.salivarius SNK-6 addition groups that the dosages were sequentially increased from 1×10^4 to 1×10^8 cfu/g by 10 fold.The current study lasted for 9 weeks,and the hens were allowed a 7-day adaptation period,and 8 weeks was nomal feeding period.The results showed that compared with the control group,the addition of L.salivarius SNK-6 significantly increased the average daily feed intake(ADFI)in the early stage of the trial and the whole period and significantly reduced average egg weight in the early stage of the trial(P<0.05),and had no significant effects on egg production rate,average egg weight,average daily egg production,mortality,abnormal egg rate among all treatment groups(P>0.05).The addition of L.salivarius SNK-6 had no significant effects on egg quality and cecal microbial counts among all treatment groups during the whole trial(P>0.05).Additionally,dietary L.salivarius SNK-6 significantly increased the immune-related gene expression of caecal tonsil(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary L.salivarius SNK-6 addition significantly increased average daily feed intake,but had no significant improved effect on the egg quality except for enhancing the intestinal mucosal immune function of in aged Xinyang Black-feather laying hens.
