摘要
航海职业的特殊性对海员心理健康有着直接的影响,在介绍了中国海员心理健康状况以及我国对海员心理健康及其影响因素方面的研究之后,指出生活事件、社会支持、婚姻质量、人格和行为等方面都会影响海员的心理健康状况。但由于我国对这方面的研究起步较晚,对不同海龄、不同文化背景、不同职业类别海员的心理特征及其相关影响因素方面的研究还很少,基于此提出了需要我们进一步探讨和研究的方向。
Maritime features have a direct impact on the sailors＇psychological health.This paper shows the status of Chinese sailors＇psychological health and introduces the factors influencing sailors＇psychological health,pointing out that life events,social support,marital quality,personality and behavior will affect sailors＇psychological health.However,research in this area in China started late,without sufficient study in such influencing factors as sea-age,different cultural backgrounds and different occupational types of sailors.Based on this,suggestions are put forward for further study.
