摘要
[目的]采取统计学方法验证心理自评量表应用于出入境人群的有效性,为口岸精神疾病的评估和筛查提供方法和手段。[方法]以心里自评量表为工具,抽取400名中国籍旅客、150名外籍旅客进行测试,对结果进行分类统计、比较,并进行分析讨论。[结果]外籍人员构成比为25%的人群与中国籍人群在阳性率和分量因子统计方面均没有差异;外籍人员构成比为50%的人群与中国籍人群在阳性率和部分分量因子统计方面有差异。[结论]在现有的出入境人群人员构成的基础上,心理自评量表在使用上没有差异。此结论为心理自评量表应用于出入境人员提供依据,以期对口岸卫生检疫的后续监管工作提供参考和建议。
[Objective] To versify the effectiveness of SCL-90 among entry-exit personnel by statistical methods, in order to provide methods of assessment and screening of mental disease at port. [Methods]Testing 400 Chinese travelers and 150 foreign tourists by the SCL-90, then classifying comparison,analyzing and discussing the testing results. [Results] There was no significant difference in the positive rate and component factor between the foreigners＇ group（constituent ratio： 25%） and the Chinese group,there was statistically significant difference in the positive rate and part component factor between the foreigners＇ group（constituent ratio： 50%） and the Chinese group. [Conclusion] On the existing staff structure of entry-exit personnel, there was no significant difference in the use of SCL-90. This conclusion provides a basis for SCL-90 applied in entry-exit personnel, in the hope of providing the reference and advice for the follow-up supervision of port health and quarantine.
