摘要
发展农村学前教育尤其是中西部贫困地区的学前教育是新颁布的《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要》确定的工作重点。我国农村学前教育普及率低、发展滞后,与当今经济社会的发展要求不相适应。普及学前教育的重点、难点和突破口都在农村,应通过落实政府责任,加大财政投入,多形式扩大农村学前教育资源,加快中西部乡镇中心园建设,加强农村学前教育师资队伍建设等有力措施,加快农村学前教育的普及和质量提高。
The entrance percentage of preschool is much lower in rural areas, especially in west poor areas. The National Outline puts the emphasis on rural preschool education in decade ahead. The strategies include clearing government responsibility, increasing budget and resources, raising working public preschools and kindergartens at town level, ensuring teacher＇s pay and conditions, improving the entrance percentage and the quality of nurse and education, and so on.
