摘要
目的建立HPLC法同时测定强力天麻杜仲胶囊中天麻素和松脂醇二葡萄糖苷的含量。方法采用C_(18)色谱柱,乙腈:0.2%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长220 nm,流速1.2mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃,采用外标法计算含量。结果天麻素在50～500μg·L^(-1)内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),松脂醇二葡萄糖苷在5～50μg·L^(-1)内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8)。结论本法简便、可靠、专属性强、重现性好,可以更有效地控制强力天麻杜仲胶囊的质量。
AIM To establish HPLC method for the determination of gastrodin and pinoresinol diglucoside in Qiangli Tianma Duzhong capsules. METHODS The column was C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- 0.2% H3PO4. The detelrnination wavelength was set at 220 nm. The flow rate was 1.2 mL·min-1. The column tempera- ture was 30℃. Calculation was processed by external standard method. RESULTS The linear range was 50 - 500mg·L-1（r = 0.999 8） for gastrodin and 5 - 50 μg·L-1（ r = 0.999 8） for pinoresinol diglucoside. CONCLUSION The method is simple, reliable, accurate and reproducible in quality control of Qiangli Tianma Duzhong capsules.
