摘要
目的建立HPLC测定芍药丸中芍药苷含量的方法。方法采用色谱柱为:InertsilODS-3 C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-1%磷酸溶液(35∶65);柱温:40℃;流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长为230nm。结果芍药苷含量在4.92~49.2μg/ml,线性关系良好(r=0.999),平均回收率98.64%。结论该法快速、简便、准确,可用于芍药丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Shaoyao Pil.Methods The samples was analysed on the Inertsil ODS-3 C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with the column temperature at 40 ℃.The mobile phase was methanol-1%phosphoric acid solution(35:36).The detector wave length was set at 230 mm.Results The good linear relationship was obtained in the range of 4.92~49.2 μg/ml of paeoniflorin(r =0.999 ),and the average recovery was 98.64%.Conclusion The method was quick, simple and accurate.It is suitable for quality control in Shaoyao Pil.
