摘要
认知损害是小儿癫痫、多动症、儿童铅中毒等小儿脑系疾病共同的临床特征,马融教授以此为切入点,根据肾与脑的密切关系,小儿"肾常虚"的生理病理特点及现代医学理论,率先提出了"从肾论治"小儿脑病的学术思想,并确立了"益肾填精"为主的治疗法则,研制了相应的方药,经临床及实验证实疗效可靠,为临床治疗提供了新的思路。
Cognitive impairment is the commen clinical feature of Children Encephalopathia,such as epilepsy,attention deficit hyperactivity disorder（ADHD）and childhood lead poisoning.Professor MA Rong took this as a breakthrough point,proposed the academic thought＂Treating Children Encephalopathia from Kidney＂,established the therapeutic principle and ruled＂enriching kidney essence＂and developed the corresponding Chinese herbal prescription,according to TCM theories：the close relationship between kidney and brain;the pediatric physio-pathological characteristic＂kidney being often deficient＂,and according to modern medicine theories about children encephalopathy.It was confirmed reliable efficiency both by clinical and experimental,and a new idea to the clinical treatment on cognitive impairment was provided.
