摘要
[目的]探讨中药益智宁神颗粒治疗儿童多动症的临床疗效。[方法]治疗组予中药益智宁神颗粒口服 ,与西药利他林对照组比较 ,疗程6周 ,随访2周。治疗前后观察总疗效、中医证候疗效、多动指数等。[结果]两组总疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05),中医证候疗效、多动指数及随访 ,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]中药益智宁神颗粒治疗儿童多动症疗效满意。
To explore the clinical effect of Yizhiningshen Particles on ADHD(hyperkinetic symptom)in child.Yizhiningshen Particles was given in treatment group.Ritalin was given in control group.Continuous treatment for6weeks comprised one course,and followed up for2weeks.The total therapeutic effect,the effect of TCM syndromes,ADHD index were observed before and after treatment. There was no significant difference in total therapeutic effect between two groups(P<0.05).Effect of TCM syndromes,ADHD index and result of follow up in treatment group were better than that of control group(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Yizhiningshen Particles possess satisfactory therapeutic effect on ADHD in child.
