摘要
高职院校人才培养模式随着经济社会发展特别是生产力的发展而不断变化。经济发展所引起的产业结构的变化,直接影响了高职教育横向的门类专业结构和课程结构的变化。实训基地是高等职业教育中对学生实施职业技能训练和职业素质培养的主要场所,在产业结构调整背景下,高职院校应针对实训基地存在的问题,采取一定措施,建设适应产业结构调整的实训基地,从而推动高职院校的快速发展。
With the socio-economic especially productivity development,vocational education training mode is changing.Transformation of industrial structure caused by economic development directly affected the structure of vocational education lateral categories and course.The training base is the main areas for students to train vocational skills and professional quality during the higher vocational education,so in the context of industrial restructuring,vocational colleges should focus on the current problems of training base and take certain measures to build a training base to adapt to the industrial restructuring,thus propel the rapid development of higher vocational colleges.
