超声动脉健康评估技术测量正常颈动脉内-中膜厚度探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨测量颈动脉内-中膜厚度(CIMT)的方法,评估其临床应用价值。方法应用超声动脉健康评估软件自动测量133名健康者和62名动脉粥样硬化患者的颈总动脉、窦部和颈内动脉的内-中膜厚度,获得CIMT、血管年龄(VA)和冠心病(CHD)危险度,并进行统计学分析。结果健康组颈动脉不同部位的IMT差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康组CIMT和VA随着年龄增大而增大(P<0.05)。动脉粥样硬化组的年龄、CIMT、VA和CHD危险度高于健康组(P<0.05)。结论该技术能方便准确地测量CIMT,具有应用于临床评估动脉粥样硬化的潜力。 Objective To investigate the method of measuring carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT) and assess its clinical value.Methods Using Ultrasound Arterial Health Package to automatically measure the Intima-Media Thickness (CIMT) of common carotid artery,bulb and internal carotid artery of 133 healthy cases and 62 atherosclerosis cases.CIMT,vascular age (VA) and coronary heart disease (CHD) risk were obtained and analyzed.Results The CIMTs at different parts of the healthy group have significant(P〈0.05). CIMT and VA of The healthy group increased as age increased (P〈0.05). CIMT,VA and CHD risks of atherosclerotic group were higher than those of the healthy group (P〈0.05).Conclusion The proposed method to measure CIMT is accurate and convenient,And there is potential to apply such method to diagnose atherosclerosis in clinic.
