摘要
在剖析我国梨类资源的地理标志知识产权保护的现状的基础上,提出了相应的对策建议:一是选择好的地理标志保护模式;二是充分利用"地理标志产品专用标志";三是完善各种梨类地理标志产品的国家推荐性标准。
This paper describes the present intellectual property protection situation of geographical indications of the pear resources, and puts forward the corresponding proposals. First, a fine geographical indications protection mode is selected. Second, the special signs for geograph- ical indication products are fully used. Third, the national recommended standards of all kinds of pear geographical indication products are to be perfected.
