摘要
[目的]建立蒲公英中槲皮素含量的测定方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,AgilentC18柱(150.0mm×4.6mm,5.0μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈(63∶26),紫外检测波长为370nm。[结果]槲皮素在0.1~1.0mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.37%。[结论]该方法分离好、快速、重复性好,可作为蒲公英的质量控制方法。
[Objective]The research aimed to establish a method for determining the content of quercetin in dandelion.[Method]The content of quercetin in dandelion was determined by HPLC.The analysis was performed on Agilent C18 column(150.0 mm×4.6 mm,5.0 μm),with the mixture of methanol and acetonitrile(63:26) as mobile phase.The detection wave length was 370 nm.[Result]The linear range of quercetin was 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.The average recovery was 98.37%.[Conclusion]The method is simple,sensitive and accurate for HPLC to control the quality of dandelion.
