摘要
中药化学成分复杂,如何快速寻找中药化学成分并对其进行识别与定性,是目前是有待解决的问题之一。液质联用技术(LC-MS)是将液相色谱(LC)的高分离能力与质谱(MS)的结构鉴别功能结合起来,主要用于对中药化学成分的定性和定量分析研究的技术,液质联用技术具有分离能力强、检测灵敏度高和专属性强等特点,在中药质量控制及化学成分研究中发挥重要作用。对近年来液质联用技术在中药化学成分分析、质量控制以及检测中药制剂非法添加方面的研究进展进行综述,以期为中药的深入研究和进一步的发展提供新的思路和方法。
The chemical composition of traditional Chinese medicine is complex.How to quickly find and identify the chemical composition of traditional Chinese medicine is one of the problems to be solved.LC-MS is a technology that combines the high separation ability of liquid chromatography(LC)with the structural identification function of mass spectrometry(MS),and is mainly used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the chemical components of traditional Chinese medicine.Lc-ms has the characteristics of strong separation ability,high detection sensitivity and strong specificity.It plays an important role in the quality control and chemical composition research of traditional Chinese medicine.In this paper,the research progress of LMS in chemical composition analysis,quality control and detection of illegal addition of TCM preparations in recent years was reviewed,in order to provide new ideas and methods for further research and development of TCM.
