摘要
目的建立研究中药血管生成活性和作用的实验模型并进行初步应用。方法将服用中药后的动物血清、组织匀浆、生药等被测物置于鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜（ＣｈｉｃｋｅｎＣｈｏｒｉｏａｌａｎｔｏｉｃＭｅｍｂｒａｎｅ，ＣＡＭ）表面的不同载体上，被测物作用３ｄ后制取ＣＡＭ标本，显微镜下计数血管生成数目。结果不同被测物均可在ＣＡＭ模型完成观察，６种载体中研究血管生成抑制和促进作用应分别选择明胶海棉和羧甲基纤维素、微孔滤膜。
Objec:Angiogensisi plays an important role in phyisological and pathological process of body and is a hot field of research inernationally.Present works introduce chicken chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) model into traditional chinese medical research.It is suggested that we should pay attention to angiogenic activity and effect of herb medicine.
