摘要
采用毛细管气相色谱法检测,外标法定量,建立了高效氯氟氰菊酯在烟叶及土壤中的残留分析方法。结果表明:烟叶和土壤中高效氯氟氰菊酯最小检出浓度均为0.001 mg/kg。烟叶中高效氯氟氰菊酯的平均添加回收率为87.02%-91.83%,变异系数为3.46%-5.32%;土壤中高效氯氟氰菊酯的平均添加回收率为91.36%-96.64%,变异系数为3.06%-4.12%。该法简便快速,灵敏度高,适用于烟叶和土壤中高效氯氟氰菊酯残留量的测定。
The results from determining lambda-cyhalothrin residue in tobacco and soil by capillary gas chromatography and external standard method showed that the minimum detectable concentration of lambda-cyhalothrin in tobacco and soil was 0.001mg/kg,the average adding recovery rate and variation coefficient of lambda-cyhalothrin in tobacco and soil were 87.02%~91.83% and 3.46%~5.32%,and 91.36%~96.64% and 3.06%~4.12% respectively.The determination method with simplicity,rapidity and high sensitivity can be used in detection of lambda-cyhalothrin residue in tobacco and soil.
