摘要
建立了蔬菜样品中溴虫腈的残留分析方法。样品经乙腈振荡匀浆法提取,用中性氧化铝固相萃取柱净化,浓缩定容后,用带电子捕获检测器的气相色谱仪进行测定。通过研究提取方法、洗脱剂比例及用量、仪器参数等对回收率、净化效果的影响,优化了检测方法。溴虫腈的最低检出量为1×10^-13g,在蔬菜样品中最低检出浓度为1×10^-4mg/kg,在0.05,0.10,0.50,mg/kg3种添加水平下,方法回收率范围为88,83%~100.84%,变异系数范围为3.20%~7.91%。方法快速、准确、灵敏,重现性好,适用于蔬菜中溴虫腈残留量的检测。
A method was developed to determine residue of chlorfenapyr in vegetables. After shaken in acetonitrile, samples were homogenized. The filtrate was purified by neutral Al2O3 solid-phase extraction cartridge. The effluent was concentrated, and the residue was then determined by GC-ECD. Effect of different factors, such as the method of extraction, the ration and volume of eluting solvent, parameters of instrument, on recovery and cleanup of the residues were investigated and discussed. The lowest detection limit for chlorfenapyr was 1×10^-13 g,and the limit of quantification was 1×10^-4 g. The recoveries of chlorfenapyr from vegetables spiked with 0.05, 0.10, 0.50 mg/kg ranged from 88.83% to 100.84%, with relative standard deviations of 3.20%- 7.91%. This method is of rapid, accurate, sensitive, good reproducibility, and can be used to determinate chlorfenapyr residue in vegetables.
