摘要
目的查明引起本次食物中毒的病原微生物及原因。方法根据GB/T 4789-2003《食品卫生微生物学检验》和WS/T9-1996《变形杆菌食物中毒的诊断标准和处理原则》。结果所有检测样品中沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌均未检出,17份样品中有8份样品检出奇异变形杆菌。结论本次食物中毒是由奇异变形杆菌污染食品或容器所致的细菌性食物中毒。
Objective To investigate the pathogenic microorganism which caused the bromatoxism.Method Based on "food Microbiological examination"(GB/T 4789-2003) and "Diagnostic criteria and principles of management for food poisoning of proteus"(WS/T9-1996).Results Salmonella,Shigella,Staphylococcus aureus rosenbach and Bacillus cereuse did not detected from all the samples;in all 17 samples,proteus mirabilis was detected from 8 samples.Conclusions The outbreak of bromatoxism was due to food and containers which contaminated by proteus mirabilis.
