摘要
近年来,学术道德失范行为的频发极大地危害学术研究。学术道德失范的表层原因是学术发表、学术评价、学术监督等环节的不科学机制,而深层原因在于大学定位的偏差。明确大学作为"学术共同体"的定位,制定可操作性的学术规范,形成合理的学术评价和健全的学术监督及编审机制,并增强学人的修养和提高研究能力,有助于构建良好的学术道德体系。
In recent years,frequent academic immoralities has done great harm to research and innovation.So under the new situation we should fully understand the importance of strengthening the academic morality development.This paper analyzes the surface and underlying causes of academic immorality and puts forward some countermeasures from the following aspects： ascertain the university orientation as the ＂academic community＂,set out operational academic norms,form a reasonable and sound academic evaluation system and enhance scholar＇s research capacity as well as moral aspects.
