摘要
目的研究妇产科发生弥漫性血管内凝血(DIC)后的抢救及护理措施,总结临床经验。方法对35例产科DIC患者的临床护理情况进行相关的分析。结果 35例DIC产妇均有明确的相关诱因,经过综合救治措施的实施,DIC抢救的成功率为91.43%。结论明确诱因,积极观察并尽早发现危重的症状,及时报告给主管医生,可以为医生的及早诊断提供有益依据;快速建立有效的静脉通道,准确及时地执行各项相应的治疗措施,为治疗成功提供有力保证。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing experience in disseminated intravascular coagulation（DIC） parturients. Methods The treatment and nursing measures for 35 cases of DIC parturients were retrospectively studied. Results All the 35 cases of DIC parturients had a definite relative etiology, and the total curative rate was 91.43% after the implementation of comprehensive therapy and nursing measures. Conclusion We must strictly analyze and discover the relative etiology of DIC in parturients, find out the critical symptoms and report all of them to the doctors in time. It is of great importance to establish the efficient vein passage and perform imperative therapy measures in time to guarantee the successful treatment.
