摘要
目的研究规律饮食营养指导在泌尿系统内镜碎石术后康复中的作用。方法将2015年2月至2016年2月于该院接受泌尿系统内镜碎石术的患者82例,术后以随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组各41例。对照组患者术后给予常规护理干预,观察组则在对照组基础上给予规律饮食营养指导,比较2组康复效果。结果观察组患者术后出血、血尿及感染发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者住院时间与复发率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度为95.12%(39/41),明显高于对照组的75.61%(31/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者饮食、精神、睡眠及心理状况评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规律饮食营养指导有利于促进泌尿系统内镜碎石术后患者的康复,并可降低并发症发生率、复发率,缩短住院时间,且能有效提高患者满意度及生活质量。
Objective To study the value of regularity of diet and nutrition guidance in the postoperative recovery of urinary tract endoscopic lithotripsy.Methods A total of 82 patients accepted urinary tract endoscopic lithotripsy in Beijing Luhe Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from February 2015 to February 2016 were recruited in this study,and then were randomly divided into observation group and control group with digital method after operation,each group with 41 cases.Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,patients in the observation group were given regular diet and nutrition guidance intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Rehabilitation effect in the two groups were compared.Results After operating,the incidence of bleeding,blood in urine and infection in the observation group were significant lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Length of hospital stay and the recurrence rate in the observation group were significant lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Patients′satisfaction in the observation group was 95.12%（39/41）,which was significant higher than 75.61%（31/41）in the control group（P〈0.05）.Diet,mental,sleep and mental quality scores in the observation group were significant higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistical significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Regular diet and nutrition guidance could promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients with endoscopic lithotripsy,and reduce the complications and recurrence rate,shorten hospitalization time,and could improve patients′satisfaction and quality of life effectively.
