摘要
采用激光跟踪控制系统实现工业几何量动态测量,提出了实现动态几何量测量的基本目标和任务。重点分析了采用多个激光跟踪测量系统实现动态几何量测量的基本原理,以及多站法完成自标定的方法。分析了自标定的仿真算法并给出实验结果。
The characteristic and concept of dynamic geometric parameters (DGP) measurement is presented. The cardinal measuring principles and methods of the laser tracking system is put forward. The key techniques of the multi station laser tracking system for DGP system and analyses its self calibration principles is discussed. The simulation model of self calibration and experiment results of multi station laser tracking system for dynamic measurement is given. On the basis of research, the main factor affects the accuracy of self calibration is the accuracy of standard ruler.
