离子渗氮38CrMoAl钢的腐蚀冲刷磨损行为 被引量:4

摘要 研究了38CrMoAl钢调质与离子渗氮试样在海水和砂粒(尺寸100~1000μm)以不同速度(14,24,36,5和7m/s)冲击作用的腐蚀冲刷磨损行为。研究结果表明,调质试样的平均磨损速率随冲刷速度的增加发生明显变化,腐蚀冲刷磨损严重;离子渗氮试样的平均磨损速率随冲刷速度变化很小,腐蚀冲刷磨损轻微。 It has been studied that 38CrMoAl steel specimens which are treated in refining and (or) in plasma nitriding.The behaviour of erosion\|corrosion wear in sea\|water containing the sand (size of 1001000m) at different impact speed (1.4,2.4,3.6,5 and 7m/s) is exhibited.The results show that the erosion\|corrosion wear mass loss is severe for refined specimens and very slight for plasma\|nitrided ones;the average wear rate obviously increases with the impact speed for refined specimens and slightly increases with the impact speed for plasma\|nitrided ones.It exhibits that the plasma\|nitrided specimen surface has hard nitride and excellent resistances to erosion\|corrosion wear.
