摘要
综述了世界发达地区的耕地保护和利用情况,阐述了国内耕地利用趋势,以深圳市为例,借鉴国内外耕地保护和利用实践,提出了新的保护模式目标,并对该模式的可行性进行了分析。
The protection and utilization of cultivated land in developed area of the world was summarized, and the farmland use trend in our country was elaborated. With Shenzheng as an example, according to the practice of farmland protection and utilization at home and abroad, the new protection mode was put forward, and the feasibility was analyzed.
