摘要
发达国家与发展中国家在气候变化领域矛盾的深刻性、国际气候政治博弈的复杂性,使哥本哈根会议取得的成果非常有限。造成困局的根本原因是传统的国际政治理念即新自由主义与当今人类在政治、经济、伦理等方面新要求相冲突,无法应对气候变暖的严酷现实。世界主义的新理念对构建公平合理的国际"碳政治"、有效解决气候变化难题,具有重要借鉴意义。
The profundity of contravention between developed country and developing country in the domain of climate changing and the complexity of international game on ＂Carbon Politics＂ makes the fruit of the ＂Copenhagen conference＂ so limited.The essential reason of predicament on ＂Carbon Politics＂ game is that the Neo-liberalism （traditional ideology of international politics） conflicts with the current human requests on politics,economy and ethic,therefore the human can＇t solve the problem of climate-warming.Cosmopolitism,a new ideology of international politics has a great significance for accelerating the construction of a fair and reasonable ＂Carbon Politics＂,and finding out an effective way to solve the problem of climate-changing.
