摘要
分析了减振复合钢板生产中树脂加热过程,建立被控对象在小偏差情况下的数学模型,并研究采用模糊-PID联合控制器实现树脂材料的恒定温度控制方案,在系统存在较大偏差时采用Fuzzy控制加快系统响应速度,当系统偏差较小时采用PID控制以获得较好的控制精确度.最后对该方案仿真结果与纯PID和模糊控制方案进行对比分析,得出模糊PID联合控制器适于减振复合钢板树脂恒温控制.
This paper analyzes the process of resin heating of vibration damping laminated steel sheet production,mathematical modeled in the case of a small deviation and explores the use of fuzzy-PID controller to achieve a constant temperature control for resin.When there is a big deviation in the system,fuzzy controller system is used to speed up the response speed;when there is a small deviation,PID controller is used in order to obtain better accuracy.Finally,we compare this program's simulation results to the pure PID and pure fuzzy control program,and conclude that fuzzy-PID controller is fit for resin thermostatic control of vibration damping laminated steel sheet production.
