摘要
本文通过文献查阅，分析了教育测量学在医学教育教学质量控制方面的作用，着重探讨了我国医学教育教学过程中教育测量应用方面存在的缺陷并提出了针对性的建议，即我国医学院校需要对教师开展教育测量学培训，提高其教育测量学应用能力，同时要以教育测量学理论为指导建设医学试题库，发挥教育测量学分析结果对教学的反馈评价作用。
In this paper, the function of education measurement in medical education was analyzed by reviewing materials, some defects in the progress of medical education were found out, and some suggestions for the existed problems were proposed. So some training to raise the teachers＇ ability of applying education measurement should be set up , and at the same time, medical item bank should be built under the guidance of the theory of education measurement, and also the feedback function of the result of education measurement should be attached importance to.
