摘要
根据新疆168份有效问卷的数据,研究发现:民营企业家政治化倾向程度较高;民营企业家政治化战略有先发制人战略和被动反应战略,但也有不少的企业没有明确的政治化战略;民营企业的规模和由行业特点所引至的政府规制程度是影响民营企业家政治行为的主要因素,企业越大,政府规制程度越高,企业家的政治化倾向越高,并且越是偏好先发制人战略,企业家的政治化倾向及战略类型与企业家性格无关。但是,民营企业家政治行为并不是企业家的主观意愿,而是为了企业发展甚至生存而不得不为的行为。
A 168 questionnaire reveals that non-SOE-ed entrepreneurs are highly politicized but not a few have no politicized strategies of development. The main factors that sway their behavior rest with the scale of the enterprise and the government regulations. The bigger the scale of the enterprise, the more government regulations, and the higher politicized awareness entrepreneurs have. The politicized tendency is unrelated to the personality of the entrepreneurs; the behavior is forced to be expressed out of the development of the enterprises.
