摘要
创新团队是实现自主创新、增强科技创新力和竞争力的重要力量,团队建设已成为人才资源开发和管理的重要内容。文章以安徽省农科院为例,阐述了农业科研院所创新团队建设的现状,从协作意识、梯队建设、资源整合、福利待遇、成果转化等方面论述了团队建设取得的成效,分析了创新团队建设中存在的问题及其原因,并从团队文化的营造、人才培养、平台建设、带头人选拔、体制机制创新等方面论述了加强创新团队建设的对策和建议。
Innovative team is an important force to achieve self-innovation, enhance scientific and technolagieal innovation capacity and competitiveness. Team building has become an essential part of development and management of human resources. Taking Anhui Aeaderny of Agricultural Sciences as an example, current situation of innovative team building in agricultural sciences research institution was discussed in the paper. Achievements of team-building were discussed from aspects of collaboration awareness, echelon building, resource integration, welfare benefits and achievements transfer, etc. Through the analysis of problems and causes in the innovative team building, the strategies and suggestions for enhancing team building were proposed, such as creation of innovation culture, personnel training, platform constnletion, team leader selection, system and mechanism innovation, etc.
