摘要
目的探讨超声动脉健康评估软件包(AHP)测量颈动脉内-中膜厚度(CIMT)的临床应用价值。方法应用超声动脉健康评估软件自动测量238名健康人的颈总动脉、窦部和颈内动脉的内-中膜厚度和血管年龄,同时进行手动测量,对不同年龄组的测量值进行比较分析。结果不同部位的CIMT不同(窦部>颈总动脉>颈内动脉,P<0.05)。年龄大于60岁组的CIMT明显高于年龄小于60岁的CIMT(P<0.05)。随着CIMT的增厚,血管年龄亦增大(P<0.05)。血管年龄随着年龄增大而增大(P<0.05),但小于实际年龄(P<0.05)。自动测量值要明显小于手动测量值(P<0.05)。结论 AHP能方便准确地测量CIMT,具有应用于临床评估动脉粥样硬化的潜力。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of automatic measurement of carotid intima-media thickness(CIMT) based on AHP.Methods The CIMT and vascular age(VA) of 238 healthy persons were obtained with ultrasound arterial health package.IMT of common carotid artery was measured manually.Results The CIMT of different positions were different(Bulbcommon carotid arteryinternal carotid artery,P〈0.05).The CIMT of the group whose age were older than sixty was significantly higher than that of other groups(P〈0.05).The VA increased with the CIMT thickening(P〈0.05) or the age increasing(P〈0.05).However,the VA was younger than the physical age in all groups(P〈0.05).The automatic measurement values were significantly smaller than the manual ones(P〈0.05).Conclusion The proposed method is accurate and convenient,and has potential to assess atherosclerosis in clinic.
