摘要
运用文献资料、调查访问和数据统计法,对厦门市中小学游泳生存教育的现状进行调查,结果表明:溺水是厦门市14岁以下少年儿童各类伤害事故死亡的首位原因,厦门市中小学游泳场馆少、调查的24所学校中只有一所学校开设游泳课程,厦门市中、小学游泳教学是学校安全教育特别薄弱的环节,游泳场馆不足、政府和教育部门重视不够以及体育教师游泳水平和教学能力是限制中小学开展游泳教学活动的主要原因。针对厦门中小学游泳生存教育发展中存在的问题进行分析,从生存教育的视角提出促进厦门市中小学游泳开展的对策与建议。
Based on documentation,survey,statistics,logic analysis,comparative law and other research methods,the paper investigates the present situation of swimming in primary and secondary schools in Xiamen.The research shows：Drowning has become the first cause of death beyond other types of injuries in Xiamen,which usually occurs among children under the age of 14.Except the First Middle school,most schools have no swimming lessons.Swimming teaching in primary and secondary schools in Xiamen is particularly weak in terms of school safe teaching.Its main causes of restricting swimming teaching activity include：the swimming complex facilities in the schools are not sound enough,the government and education department fail to pay due attention,teachers are in short and security considerations are not enough.This paper aims to promote swimming countermeasures and suggestions in primary and secondary schools in Xiamen.
