摘要
针对印尼某矽卡岩型铅锌矿矿石特性,采用优先浮选流程,综合回收了锌、铅、硫和锗。锌、铅回收率分别达到97.16%和84.00%。硫分别进入锌精矿、铅精矿和硫精矿中,总回收率达95.29%,伴生的锗也富集到3种精矿中,总回收率达92.50%,选矿指标理想。
Ore characteristics of a zinc-lead ore from a skarn deposit in Indonesia was investigated,and,correspondingly,a preferential flotation flowsheet was adopted,with which lead,zinc,sulfur and germanium can be comprehensively recovered,while the recoveries of zinc and lead reached 97.16% and 84.00%,respectively.The total recovery of sulfur summed up to be 95.29% and was distributed in three concentrates of zinc,lead and sulfur.The associated germanium was enriched in these three concentrates,with the total recovery of 92.50%,and the beneficiation index is ideal.
