摘要
目的探讨口腔修复患者牙科畏惧症的临床处理。方法选取玉林第一人民医院自2009年6月至12月收治的具有明显牙科畏惧症特征的口腔修复患者60例,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各30例。干预组在常规治疗的基础上进行心理行为干预,对照组仅进行常规治疗,并用牙科焦虑量表评定临床效果。结果两组治疗前牙科焦虑评分差异无显著性(P>0.05),而治疗后干预组牙科焦虑评分较对照组显著下降,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论在现代口腔科临床医学中,医师应在具备心理学知识的基础上,提高心理服务意识,尽量缓解患者的心理问题或不良情绪,以达到临床修复治疗的效果。
Objective To discuss the clinical management of dental fear on dental patients.Methods Select the First People＇s Hospital of Yulin from June 2009 to December was treated with dental fear dental characteristics of 60 patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 30 patients in each group.Intervention group on the basis of routine treatment, psychological and behavioral intervention, routine treatment control group, and with the clinical effects of dental anxiety rating scale.Results Two groups before treatment, dental anxiety was no significant difference （P0.05）, while the intervention group after the treatment of dental anxiety score decreased significantly compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P0.01）.Conclusion In modern dental clinical medicine, physicians should have the knowledge base of psychology, to raise awareness of psychological services, as patients with psychological problems or relieve negative emotions, in order to achieve the therapeutic effect of clinical rehabilitation.
