摘要
对职业足球团队凝聚力多维综合评价体系的构建及应用进行研究,目的在于通过构建指标体系,为综合诊断职业足球团队凝聚力提供依据。研究发现职业足球团队凝聚力的培养应从环境因素、个人因素、团队因素和领导因素入手。从各分项评价指标的权重来看,运动员的满意度、教练员的决策能力、教练员的影响力、团队的激励机制、团队的规范性等几个方面应是团队凝聚力培养的重点。
Using literature,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method,hierarchical analysis,mathematical statistics,logic,inductive research methods on the professional football team cohesion of multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation system and application of research aimed at targets by constructing system to provide comprehensive diagnosis provide the basis for professional soccer team cohesion.The study found the cultivation of professional football team cohesion from environmental factors,personal factors,team factors and the factors leading to start.From the sub-evaluation index weights of view,satisfaction of athletes,coaches of the decision-making capacity,the influence of coaches,team incentives,team,several aspects of the normative cohesion of culture should be the focus of the team.
