摘要
采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计等方法,对我国职业足球运动员的法律意识进行了研究。研究结果表明,职业足球运动员法律意识较低。开展普法教育,加强足球法规建设、强化公正司法、加强基层组织建设,是提高职业足球运动员法律意识的有效途径。
Through using the method of literature,questionnaire investigation,expert interview and mathematical statistics,this paper makes research on legal consciousness of our professional soccer players.The result shows that the legal consciousness of our professional soccer players is poor.The effective way to improve their legal consciousness is to popularize the knowledge of the law,strengthen the construction of soccer regulation and grass root organization,improves the judicial fairness.
