摘要
目的:观察宫颈环切术(LEEP术)后服用中药宫炎清治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组,每组30例。治疗组LEEP术后口服宫炎清及常规用药;对照组LEEP术后予常规用药。术后观察并记录患者创面愈合、排液、脱痂出血、感染等情况。结果:治疗组治愈率93.3%,对照组治愈率83.3%,2组总有效率均达100%。2组间疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后阴道排液持续时间、脱痂期出血持续时间及部分术后并发症、创面愈合时间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈LEEP术后服用中药宫炎清能有效改善术后阴道排液、创面出血及感染等并发症,加快创面修复愈合。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of loop electrosurgical excision procedure（LEEP） and taking GongYanQing in patients chronic cervicitis.Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups of 30 cases. The treatment group received LEEP and oral GongYanQing on the basis of conventional medication;the control group received LEEP on the basis of conventional medication.Patients with postoperative wound healing were observed and recorded drain, removing callus bleeding, infection,etc.The efficacy was evaluated. Results：The cure rat in the treatment group was 93.3% and 83.3% in the control group.The total effective rate in the 2 groups was 100%. There was not significant difference in the total effective rate between the 2 groups （P〉0.05）. There was significant difference between the 2 groups in the duration of vaginal discharge after surgery,callus removal and some duration of bleeding complications and wound healing time.Conclusion：Cervical LEEP and GongYanQing can effectively improve the postoperative vaginal discharge, wound infection and bleeding,reduce complications and speed up wound healing.
