摘要
将聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)与聚乳酸(PLA)熔融共混,制备共混物PBS-PLA以改性PBS的力学与加工性能,并研究了PBS、PLA及PBS-PLA的流变性能.结果表明,PBS-PLA体系表观黏度随PLA质量分数的增加而增大;剪切敏感性随PLA质量分数的增加而增大;温度敏感性介于PBS和PLA的之间;黏流活化能随PLA质量分数的变化呈现复杂的变化.
Poly butylenes succinate(PBS) and Poly lactic acid(PLA) blends was obtained by melt blending for modifying the mechanical and processing performance of PBS.The rheological properties of PBS,PLA and PBS/PLA blends were researched.It was found that the apparent viscosity increases with the increasing of PLA content.The shear sensitive of the blends PBS/PLA increases with the increasing of the PLA conten,and its temperature sensitivity is in the middle of PBS and PLA.Viscous flow activation energy for the PBS/PLA shows complex variation with the different PLA content.
